Job Requirements:

1. Mainly familiar with incoming inspection, process inspection, final inspection, and shipment inspection

2. Proficient in using various measuring instruments

3. Proficient in basic computer operations

4. More than 1 year of relevant work experience

Work Content:

1. Responsible for the design and optimization of wire harness processing technology flow, ensuring efficient and stable production process;

2. Familiar with the performance and identification of major electronics, electrical appliances, connectors, etc., to ensure product quality;

3. Participate in the formulation of technical requirements for wiring harness and host assembly, ensuring that assembly quality meets standards;

4. Use specialized tools to draw process diagrams and flowcharts to improve production efficiency and operability;

5. Collaborate with other departments to design and improve wiring harness products, enhancing product competitiveness;

6. Work experience in the fields of robotics, semiconductors, and medical wiring harnesses is preferred.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience;

3. Having a team spirit, strong sense of participation, and good at cooperating with other colleagues and departments to carry out work;

4. Familiar with the process flow of wire harness processing, familiar with electronics, semiconductors, mechatronics, process diagrams, connectors, process diagrams, electrical appliances and other related knowledge;

5. Work experience in the fields of robotics, semiconductors, and medical wiring harnesses is preferred;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve resource sharing and precise management in the design of wiring harness processes, reduce the difficulty of wiring harness process design, ensure the correctness and accuracy of technical parameters in wiring harness processes, avoid design errors, and improve work efficiency. 

2. Assist engineering designers in completing the process technology confirmation work before mass production. 

3. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 

Position Requirements:

1. College degree or above, relevant working experience is preferred; 

2. Proficient in using wire harness design software (CAD design software, 3D design software); WPS office software; and skilled in operating wire harness processing equipment. 

3. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and meticulous and responsible in work.

Work Content:

1. Follow up and implementation of production plan

2. Responsible for developing and implementing material procurement plans based on demand inputs

3. Responsible for effectively controlling the inventory level of materials and reducing stagnant materials

4. Collect production data and conduct analysis related to improving production efficiency, reducing losses, and defective products

5. Other matters assigned by the leader

Job Requirements:

1. More than 2 years of PMC related work experience

2. Proficient in using office software such as OFFICE and ERP

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork ability, and data analysis ability

4. Work meticulously, conscientiously, and with a sense of responsibility
